The service

24Mason (operated by MuckStack, LLC) is a software platform for home-service contractors. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity in your account. You agree not to misuse the service — no spam, no harassment of customers, no illegal use, no attempts to break the platform's security.

SMS messaging program

Program name: 24Mason Messaging

Program description:Transactional SMS for booking confirmations, appointment reminders, owner notifications of new bookings, and replies from 24Mason's in-product AI assistant.

Message frequency: Variable, based on activity. Customers typically receive 1–3 messages per booking (confirmation, 24-hour reminder, optional change/cancel updates). Contractors receive a message per new booking and any AI replies they request.

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply.

HELP and STOP: Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages.

Carriers:AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and other major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer data

Contractors using 24Mason are responsible for the lawful collection and handling of their customers' data. By submitting a customer's phone number into the platform (via booking form, manual entry, or import), you confirm you have appropriate consent to contact that person about the service in question.

Pricing & cancellation

Subscription fees, if any, are billed monthly or annually as agreed at signup. You can cancel at any time from the account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the AI assistant will always be correct. Use your judgment.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MuckStack, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll post the new version at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
