Who we are
24Mason is a software platform operated by MuckStack, LLC (“we,” “us”) that helps home-service contractors run their businesses — taking bookings, managing jobs, and communicating with customers by SMS and email.
What we collect
We collect two categories of personal data:
- From contractors (account owners): name, email, mobile phone number, business name and address, EIN if provided, and any business content you create in the product (services, jobs, customers, photos).
- From customers of those contractors:name, phone number, email, service address, and the details of the service requested. Customers provide this when they submit a booking form on a contractor's 24Mason-hosted website.
How we use it
We use this data only to operate the service: to deliver SMS and email confirmations and reminders, to let contractors and customers communicate about a booking, to power the in-product AI assistant, and to keep the product secure. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS messages
24Mason sends transactional SMS to two audiences: (1) customers who have booked a service through a contractor, and (2) contractors who have signed up for the platform. Customers opt in by checking a consent box on the booking form. Contractors opt in by verifying their mobile number during onboarding.
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on activity in your account.
Service providers
We use Twilio for SMS and voice, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Neon for our database, and xAI / OpenAI / Anthropic for the AI assistant. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us and are bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it by emailing tommy@muckstack.com. Deleting your account removes your contractor profile and associated business records.
